Overview of Our Customer’s Issue
Our customer contacted us when their close control clean room alerted them to a fault—temperature and humidity had moved outside of the strict parameters required for their sensitive materials and calibration systems. The Repairs
Following a call-out, we connected manifold gauges and confirmed low refrigerant pressure. A thorough pressure leak test was conducted over the weekend to avoid affecting factory work. This test revealed a pressure drop in the outdoor unit, and further investigation traced the issue to a leak on the condensing coil. Working closely with our supplier, Freedom Air Conditioning Services, we sourced the replacement part and had it delivered within the same week. The unit was stripped down, the faulty coil replaced, the system pressure tested, and recommissioned to ensure everything operated as expected.
