Due to the oily nature of this CNC machining facility , the air conditioning units require air con condensate trays. When servicing these, we use a heavy duty cleaner to ensure these condensate trays are clean. Furthermore, we have to complete a more in-depth clean on the internal components of the indoor units to achieve satisfactory operation. One of the rooms inside the factory requires meticulous temperature control in order to prevent the metal from contracting or expanding too much. Therefore, it is vital that we ensure the air con units in this room remain working optimally at all times.
