The Installation
To gain management agency approval, we created detailed SketchUp plans outlining the installation while preserving the building’s original features. Our team worked closely with interior designers, builders, electricians, and decorators throughout multiple site visits. We installed nine Mitsubishi Heavy Industries multi-systems, ensuring all pipework remained hidden for a sleek finish. External pipework was routed under the decking, while internal ducted units were recessed into the walls with a second ceiling structure to maintain a discreet appearance. The system is fully integrated with the Smart M-Air app, allowing the homeowner to control the temperature remotely.
